ABOUT CLARE TABERN
As Head of Customer Experience and Insight I am responsible for the entire customer journey, utilising a suite of insight tools and data available, delivering across all touch-points throughout the journey both internally and externally. Advising of and implementing change within 360 to improve the entire customer experience, as part of the Strategic Marketing team I work across multiple teams internally and support our customers directly. Following a long career initially as a Business Analyst within Finance and a 15 year career within the recruitment sector both as a specialist head hunter and then Head of Customer Service, the role of CX and Insight taps into my analytical skills and thirst for continuous improvement.
