nineteen47 take pride in helping our individual, public and private sector clients secure planning permission for new development schemes.As a planning, urban design and visuals team, we share ideas, even when we aren\'t working on the same projects, in order to give our clients information about the latest industry initiatives, design innovations and policy changes to make sure they stay ahead of the curve. We like to work collaboratively, to understand project challenges and opportunities, to find innovative ways to solve them and to present these through the planning process. Time management is critical and we aim to be responsive in securing permissions, to deliver the right development in the right places at the right time.
