Through Hello Duffy, I work with organizations that serve their communities while creating meaningful impact. My work spans fractional executive and interim leadership roles, organizational analysis, strategy and team alignment, government relations and advocacy, destination marketing, communications planning, crisis communications, and media relations.I have a talent for bringing the right people together at just the right time to work magic. To do that, I lean into decades of real, honest to goodness, relationship building with senior leaders in our community while also creating teams that feature diverse and emerging talent. Whether stepping into a leadership transition or helping co-create bold strategies, I bring calm, clarity, and a bit of optimism and humour to complex moments and times of transition. With gratitude, I have been working with amazing people and organizations that do amazing things in our community. Recent clients include Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet, WeMB, Clear Lake Country, Legal Aid Manitoba/Public Interest Law Centre, Manitoba Children’s Museum, Harvest Manitoba, St. Mary’s Academy, KANI, and Arctic Gateway Group.
