AND Digital are a Digital Consultancy working across the UK in partnership with clients to build digital products and nurture adaptable people.At AND Agile Coaches are empowered to support across the full range of clients as well as with AND’s own people. In practice this means a huge variety of work and a typical week will involve engaging learners, facilitation of group sessions, observing teams and providing guidance, supporting Communities of Practice and many mentoring/coaching sessions.Some examples- Sessions facilitated include creating and maintaining organisation strategies, visualising team culture, discussing roles and responsibilities, and facilitating improvement and feedback through multi-team retrospectives and health checks- Learning delivered virtually and in person using interactive content, seminars, simulations, dojos, role play and games. Topics include: Scrum to PSM I level, Kanban, the agile mindset, culture change, Product Management, coaching and mentoring, and many agile practices including writing user stories, agile estimation, Story Mapping, use of Minimum Viable Products and more- I have enabled the creation of technical, product and delivery Communities of Practice from design and forming to self-sustaining- Active Agile Community of Practice contributor including generating regular community interaction through weekly crowd-sourced problem solving and topical monthly sessions
