Talent Attraction Lead at McCann Worldgroup. My role is to attract and engage with the very best marketing and advertising talent across our regional agencies - Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Manchester, Milton Keynes - from entry level roles, to senior executive positions. Partnering with key stakeholders in the following disciplines - Client Services, Strategy and Project Management - I strategically support the business across talent acquisition, early careers initiatives and career development. I have a particular interest in early careers and junior level talent, creating opportunities for young people from diverse backgrounds.
