I bring 15+ years of experience at the intersection of conservation, water stewardship, and climate resilience, grounded in an MBA and a master’s in environmental economics. My career has spanned global and local scales—from co-founding the second-largest transboundary marine research program in the Western Indian Ocean, to leading California’s inaugural drought resilience task force, to developing early methodologies for the Science Based Targets for Nature.I specialize in building coalitions, shaping strategy, and securing funding to deliver measurable impact for ecosystems, communities, and future generations. My work has advanced multi-benefit, nature-based solutions, regenerative agriculture, biodiversity and equitable approaches to resilience across the U.S. and internationally.Beyond my professional path, I am a lifelong birder with a life list of over species, author of a field guide to Seychelles reef fishes, a diver with 500+ logged dives—and, importantly, someone who can keep houseplants alive.
