ABOUT CLARE I.
I am a polite, courteous, outgoing child care specialist. Having worked in child care for over twenty years I have developed a wide range of skills. I have taken charge of forming a cohesive team within a wide variety of settings. I have helped the companies achieve its overall aims and objectives. I have enjoyed working in all sectors for many years I have shown how effective my leadership skills are. I have had many achievements, including successful Ofsted inspections, which was a direct result of the effectiveness of my leadership and management in embedding ambition and drive. Over the years I have worked in many sectors from Education to Health and Social Care, working in children’s homes and family support network centres. I have also worked for Liverpool Sensory Services supporting children and families with additional needs, I have worked in Learning Centre and supported families within the community. Working closely with other professionals working with a umbrella of agencies to supporting children and families within their home, local nurseries, schools as well as working closely with Sure Start and any government projects.
