ABOUT CLARE EGAN

I am an experienced operations leader with a strong foundation in sustainability and a passion for driving efficiency, quality, and circularity in the consumer electronics and media industry.Currently, I serve as Head of Operations at rebuy, overseeing grading, repair, and quality across two operational sites. I lead cross-functional teams to ensure consistent performance, high-quality standards, and streamlined processes that support both commercial and environmental goals.Previously, I led rebuy’s sustainability function, where I developed and executed strategies to promote circular business models, resource efficiency, and environmental impact reduction.
