I have worked within oil and gas construction for 17 years. Working on HUC, M&M, EPCC, and tendering. Working on both onshore sites (governed by CDM Regs) and offshore assets. In addition to construction, I have experience working in planning, continuous Improvement, subcontracts, Project controls and large scale recruitment for projects. I have a passion for diversity and inclusion within teams, ensuring everyone in the team can realise their full potential. I have a young daughter and I’m keen to set a good example of strong female empowerment.
