ABOUT CLARE CONSTABLE
I applied to be cabin crew for easyJet in 2008 spending 10 years in the skies. After just 3 years I joined the recruitment team, assessing candidates all over Europe. In 2018 I took on the role full time. I was fortunate to travel all over Europe recruiting Cabin Crew for our many bases. I managed a team of over 100 assessors all over our network, I ran cabin crew assessment days, I was responsible for the content displayed at our events, I attended jobs fairs and more recently recruited all of easyJet’s cabin crew apprentices for 2020.At the end of July I began a new role with Freedom Works. A workplace for similar minded folk to work in an environment which offers private offices and open plan co-workers a place to collaborate, build, create and achieve.I missed my desire to travel and manage teams so I moved to Arena Racing Company in 2022.Taking on the role of Regional Staffing Manager meant I was able to visit different race courses and see a wider team.I never expected to be in the world of sports but here I am and loving it!
