I’m someone who learns best by doing, whether that’s taking vitals in a primary care clinic, helping patients feel heard, or assisting to organize a sorority chapter of 50+ women. Working as a Medical Assistant has shown me the impact of small moments in healthcare, from calming an anxious patient to supporting a provider during a full clinic day.At the same time, leading operations in my sorority as the Vice President of Operations has strengthened the skills that make me effective in clinical settings: clear communication, staying organized under pressure, and creating systems that help people succeed.I’m exploring the many pathways within medicine, but I know I’m driven by patient connection, teamwork, and the chance to contribute to a healthier community. I’m excited to keep growing through hands-on experiences that challenge me and help me understand where I can make the biggest impact.

   As Vice President of Operations, I oversee chapter scheduling, event logistics, and internal communication for a large and active membership. I manage our shared calendars, coordinate workshops and social events, and ensure that risk management and organizational guidelines are consistently followed. This role has strengthened my ability to plan ahead, communicate clearly, and support a community through reliable and organized leadership.
