Clare is a Manager in Deloitte\'s Audit and Assurance business with over 7 years of experience focused on Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance / Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR), operational internal audits, and risk assessments / enterprise risk management activities across a diverse range of clients within the financial services industry – specifically, banking and insurance.
