ABOUT CLARE BRITTON

Over a decades worth of digital agency experience working from Account Exec up to Client Services Director including longstanding tenures on Leadership and Senior Management Teams. Having been at the coal face from a client delivery and agency leadership perspective, I adopt a strategic approach to deliver value and growth for your clients, team and company. I have worked alongside skilled digital marketing specialists to create strong digital marketing campaigns and ongoing strategies that deliver against KPIs / OKR’s and success metrics for clients. Alongside this, I have managed key clients, large scale and complex web projects through the studio, adopting the agile methodology and proactively developing account growth by identifying ways to deliver ROI for clients. I have experience managing teams across web & digital marketing, delivering account direction & growth whilst reporting on client profitability and retention as an LT member. Identifying ways to generate agency growth through processes, strategy and scale up, I understand how to get the best from your clients for growth and your team for performance. To top it off, I\'m a mum to a 8yr old master ratbag, surviving on a diet of a strong Earl Grey & Jaffa cakes (or if I’ve decided I’m having an intermittent health kick, avocado on toast!).
