Clara is a long-time Daytona Beach resident and her prior career was working as paralegal for 30 years in a reputable Real Estate focused law firm. Thus, Clara has a wide experience of any potential issues happening in a transaction. As Pelican Bay resident Clara has successfully listed and sold many homes throughout that development as well as other subdivisions such as LPGA, Indigo and more. Clara\'s downtown Real Estate office is optimally located for selling property whether on mainland or beachside. Clara also enjoys working with buyers, whether they are local or international. Clara\'s agents offer transactions also in German, Russian and Ukraine, thus making transactions for foreign buyers and sellers go smoothly. One of Clara\'s hobbies are photography and she will do anything to provide beautiful property pictures as well as gorgeous photos of the area.
