As a CRM Manager of Strategy at Sally Beauty, I leverage my expertise in email marketing to drive sales and customer engagement. With over 4.5 years of experience in this role, I have developed and executed successful email/SMS marketing strategies that have resulted in $5.3M additional sales. I manage the end-to-end email campaign process, from planning and targeting to content creation, design, and analysis. I also conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and improve customer engagement. Additionally, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of email marketing initiatives with overall marketing goals. I monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate detailed reports, providing insights for continuous improvement. Prior to joining Sally Beauty, I worked as a Digital/Social Media Coordinator at Ansira, where I developed optimal posting schedules, executed campaigns through various social media channels, and compiled monthly reporting for clients. I hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Fashion Merchandising & Digital Experience from the University of North Texas.
