Work closely with Product/Commercial Managers worldwide to identify market needs and opportunities within different territories- Define the Product Development process and creation of procedures- Coordinate the Product Development team (engineers+technicians): priorities, workload, brainstorming, and project management- Employee Development: coaching of team members to find their strengths/ weaknesses, skills needed for their career development, and how to find motivation in difficult moments- Lead the research of alternative raw materials and seek for opportunities of collaboration with current and new suppliers- Build relations with suppliers and perform QM audits- Keep up to date with industry trends and innovation- Synergies: coordination of domestic/international projects, customers, research centers, universities and stakeholders- Be part of interdisciplinary teams to assist with bottleneck and complex matters in the areas of Production, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, Materials or Quality.
