My role is built on four key pillars- Strategy & Process Vision: I partner with business leaders to define the target vision for our end-to-end supply chain processes. I identify opportunities for improvement and build the strategic roadmap to get there, ensuring alignment with our global objectives (OKRs)- Process Design & Engineering: I map complex workflows and translate business needs into actionable requirements for our digital products. My goal is to design seamless and user-centric solutions that have a real impact on the ground- Cross-Functional Leadership: Acting as a key liaison, I orchestrate the efforts of Product Managers, tech teams, and business stakeholders, translating strategic priorities into a clear and actionable product roadmap- Change Management: I ensure the successful deployment of new solutions by supporting users with clear communication and training strategies guaranteeing a smooth transition and high user satisfaction.My current transformation project in numbers: Scope: Impacting supply chain operations across 20+ countries. Users: Supporting 200+ users through a major transformation in diverse markets (Africa, Asia, Latin America). Complexity: Involving an ecosystem of 15+ digital products.
