The program provides rising nuclear experts the opportunity engage in monthly two-day workshops at the CSIS offices for debates, simulations, tabletop exercises, and dialogues with senior experts on topics including deterrence, regional analysis, arms control, nonproliferation, nuclear security, and emerging technology.
