30+ years of experience working in the Retail Sector ranging from part-time cashier, Department Manager, Regional Specialist, Training Specialist, and Assistant Manager with Training and Development. Experience with hiring/developing talent/promoting as well as store set up/renovations within stores. Been closely involved in developing new programs and rolling out new programs to 3 banners within the Loblaw family. Hands on working with budgets, profit and loss reports, merchandising with JOE/Beauty departments (Superstsore/Extra Foods/Wholesale club). 2+ years with Suzy Shier allowed me to get my foot into the door and get the DM position under my belt.
