I joined People\'s Postcode Lottery in 2010. Now, more than £1.5 billion has been raised by our players. This funding is making a difference to so many lives and communities.Previously heading up the communications and charities teams, I\'m now Managing Director and Chair of the Directors leadership team.Our team are a talented bunch and all that\'s achieved wouldn\'t be possible without them. Together we really do make a difference.My background spans communications and charities. I have extensive experience of strategy, people management, budgets and funding - both in decision making and distribution.I know the charity lottery market and hold a Personal Management Licence.
