ABOUT CLARA DARAY
I’ve spent most of my career fascinated by how work actually happens.How ideas turn into output.Why some teams feel calm and effective while others feel constantly on edge.What makes collaboration genuinely work, instead of just looking good on paper.Today, I co-run Pegasus Content, a global content production studio working across Argentina, the US, the UK and beyond. We partner with fast-growing brands to produce a lot of creative, at speed, without everything catching fire in the process.What I care about most isn’t scale for scale’s sake. It’s building systems, teams and ways of working that people want to be part of. The kind where expectations are clear, trust is real, and good work is a by-product of how things are set up.My path here wasn’t linear. I’ve worn different hats, worked in very different environments, and learned early on that the jobs you least expect often teach you the most.
