After a long maternity leave I started my own project while leaving in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. I set up a small Argentinian-fusion flavours production line. The big success of our flag product ¨Dulce de leche¨, Argentinian for Sweet Milk Caramel sauce, has pushed us to the next level. Today we are investing in the first Dulce de Leche factory in Africa, more precisely in Tanzania. We are expecting to start production by the first third of 2023. Our aim is to supply the greater market and infuse Africa with our beloved Latin American flavours.

I aspire to impact, develop and better everything I am engaged with. In 2020 I\'ve launched my own company, ¨Mammi´s Foods¨, delivering ¨Authentic Flavours ¨ to our Ethiopian customers. The success and feedback has been overwhelming and the figures showcased the triumph. I\'m currently investing in a ¨Dulce de Leche¨ factory in Dar es Salaam. The challenge can\'t be more inspirational, the gold is to infuse Africa with our beloved Latin American flavour by beginning of 2023.
