At the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), within the Innovation & Business Transformation Division, I work supporting cross-functional teams in reimagining digital services across Latin America and the Caribbean.I bring expert advice and hands-on experience from a long trajectory in UX Research, Interaction Design (IxD), Systems Thinking, and as an HCI Practitioner. My role focuses on supporting digital product teams in exploring opportunities, designing solutions, and enabling adoption. Uncovering user needs and mapping journeys to prototyping solutions and fostering balanced team collaboration for transformative outcomes.Something I love about my current role is applying behavioral insights into my design and research practice to explore new directions from a design strategy and innovation mindset. I help shape experiences that are not only functional but truly transformative—grounded in empathy, built for impact, and aligned with the broader mission of improving lives across the region.
