   As part of the Oracle Applications Lab (OAL) organization, I work with an extraordinary group of people, focused on partnering and collaborating with Oracle business customers to successfully deliver required business outcomes through OAL system capabilities. I’m a member of the OAL Product & Portfolio Center of Excellence team, that is focused on managing the tools and processes used to effectively track and deliver functionality – from request to obsolescence.Most recently, I was chartered with designing and developing the Product & Portfolio Center of Excellence awareness campaign to promote successful uptake of new agile processes. This project included: creating and maintaining the team web site using Oracle MySites, developing monthly organization newsletters and announcements with Oracle Eloqua, producing 24+ video tutorials hosted on OTube using Camtasia, and delivering the Oracle@Oracle Lighthouse pilot highlighting the Cerner integration success story. To increase team awareness, I also led the creation of two team Redwood brands (sunburst, wave) and rolled out templates for MS Powerpoint, MS Outlook email, Slack, Confluence, and Eloqua.
