Hi I\'m Claire Wickman (she/her). I am a Technical Writer/Document Specialist at Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine within the in their CAR-T manufacturing warehouse. I work with the floor operations and process improvements for daily operations as well as managing document updates for change controls, QIs, NCs, and Audit Findings. Currently, I am partnering with a Johnson & Johnson MedTech/AbioMed Team, as a medial writer for a 6 month growth opportunity to develop my skills as a writer. I will be working on generating high impact publications with the data science and biostat teams.

   Performing periodic reviews and updates of SOPs, WIs, and Forms within the Warehouse curricula.• Developing a working plan to restructure and consolidate the CAR-T Manufacturing Warehouse training curricula/SOP/WI. • Working in tandem with QA to better understand potential gaps within the curricula as well as update documents with better compliance to maintain the audit performance of the department as well and minimize QIs• Assist in the training and mentorship of new technical writers from the Warehouse team to help build a document department. • Work closely with process improvement teams to create a goal future operating state for the document routing procedures to improve the flow process.• Assist in Audit back room document prepping, SME contacting, and front room liaison between front and backroom to present prepped documents to auditors.
