ABOUT CLAIRE VAGGES

Established project manager with a talent for leadership, people management and change. With a background of business management and operations I have been utilised to head up high profile projects including management of change, revenue growth, system and process implementation and business recovery. An experienced change management professional, accustomed to restructuring projects, mobilising new sites, services and products. I am particularly experienced at troubleshooting initiatives and implementing a continuous improvement ethos. Responsibilities to mobilise and implement new services to clients and build relationships leading to business growth. Examples of clients: MOD, Department for Education, UK Visa\'s and Immigration Service and the Cabinet Office, VisitEngland and Department of Tourism South Africa.Experienced in managing systems implementations for both employers and clients, I am fully accustomed to system specification projects, data validation process and system testing protocols. I have gained experience in the private, public and charity sectors. I have a logical and analytical approach to systems and process and am committed to ensure all strategies have a continuous improvement element built in. I enjoy building relationships and leading and coaching teams to achieve their best and feel rewarded in doing so.
