As the Head of Debt Recovery I regularly help Smith Partnership\'s clients, who range from international companies, household names to individual owner managers, review their credit control proceedings and implement efficient debt recovery processes. I work closely with my clients in seeking to achieve a cost effect and quick resolution to their debt problems.As a member of the commercial litigation team, I work in all aspects of dispute resolution and regularly participate in alternative dispute resolution.Advising client on a variety of commercial matters which have reached a dispute and looking at commercially sensible ways of resolving the dispute.Practice and brand development, including submissions of tenders, networking and cross selling.As the Chair of Derbys Finest- Women in Business - I work with the committee to arrange and organise events throughout the year for our ladies only networking group. We as a group have a particular focus on inspiring, encouraging, women and the future generations of females. We seek to support local charities.
