Over 10 years of renovation experience set us apart: we identify repairs and updates that buyers will be looking for, and our team performs that work for our sellers, deferring the costs until closing. That means clients aren\'t coming out of pocket for necessary repairs and you\'re still getting the best value when selling their home. Buying? We\'re able to identify possible issues on a house before you even make an offer, giving you a clear idea of what you may purchase, and providing you the upper hand in negotiations. We are also continuously working to address the need for quality affordable housing through the acquisition and management of homes throughout greater Charleston.
