I joined ServiceNow as part of the Hitch acquisition in June 2022 to help lead the company’s expansion into Talent development within the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) portfolio. I have been a lead designer for numerous key product innovations across 4+ releases (detailed below), driving multi-release efforts. In addition, I also serve as the AI Ambassador for HRSD, acting as a liaison between the team and broader AI initiatives across ServiceNow. I ensure our AI-driven solutions align with both business objectives and user needs, helping shape the future of AI in HR Service Delivery. Some of my recent contributions by release include:• Vancouver (Sept 2022): Lead designer for the Employee Skill Profile contributing to the Hitch feature re-platforming and skills adoption.• Washington (March 2023): Lead designer for Opportunity Marketplace, establishing a foundation for internal talent mobility and increased visibility of internal job openings.• Xanadu (Sept 2023): Lead designer for the Opportunity Marketplace expansion to include Gigs, Projects and Volunteering opportunities.• Yokohama (March 2024): Lead designer for (generative AI) Growth Plan Generation powered by NowAssist, allowing employees to generate personalized growth plans according to their aspirations and addressing any skill gaps through tailored activities.
