ABOUT CLAIRE PALLETT

With over two decades of experience across finance, project management, and business operations, I bring a unique blend of analytical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and process innovation to every role I take on. Currently working as a PMO Analyst at Weetabix, I lead the development of tools and reporting frameworks that drive visibility and accountability across capital projects, while championing Diversity & Inclusion as a proud member of the Grocery Aid DIG Live! steering board.My career spans a wide range of industries—from FMCG and manufacturing to charity and global finance—where I’ve consistently delivered improvements in forecasting, budgeting, and financial controls. I’m known for turning challenges into opportunities, building strong cross-functional relationships, and delivering insights that empower decision-making.Outside of work, I’m a passionate volunteer at the Aston Martin Heritage Trust Museum and Aston Martin Owners Club, combining my love for the brand with event planning and public engagement.
