I currently work in healthcare operations supporting nursing leadership at AdventHealth. My role focuses on helping teams stay organized and aligned by coordinating departmental initiatives, managing operational reporting, and supporting projects that keep things moving in a fast-paced hospital environment.Before transitioning into healthcare, I spent several years in operations leadership within a high-volume hospitality environment. Managing teams of more than 200 employees and overseeing service operations serving over guests per shift taught me how to stay calm under pressure, solve problems quickly, and support large teams working toward the same goal.I’m especially interested in the operational side of healthcare: understanding how processes work, finding ways to make them more efficient, and helping teams work better together. I recently completed the Oxford Women’s Leadership Development Programme and am currently pursuing a Project Management Certificate through Cornell University as I continue building my skills in leadership and project coordination.As I continue growing in my career, I’m excited about opportunities to work on strategic initiatives, support healthcare operations, and keep learning from the teams around me.Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
