ABOUT CLAIRE MORLEY

I lead employer led skills and apprenticeship provision across Further and Higher Education, working at the intersection of education, workforce development and public policy.I specialise in designing and navigating skills systems that work in practice for employers learners and institutions, with a particular focus on how systems land for neurodivergent learners and staff across post-16 education. As a third space professional, I support institutions to translate complex funding regulation and skills strategy into delivery that is coherent inclusive and inspection ready. My work operates at the interface of education delivery workforce need and external regulatory systems, where misalignment most often leads to exclusion or failure.I bring deep experience of senior leadership within education providers, including MIS and student records audit and regulatory assurance business development and curriculum design. This enables me to diagnose system friction quickly and support decision making where clarity pace and sound judgement are required, particularly in regulated and high stakes environments.I work closely with executive teams boards employers and senior stakeholders to stabilise and strengthen provision through periods of transition transformation and inspection, with a strong emphasis on inclusive design, workforce resilience and sustainable delivery.
