ABOUT CLAIRE WILDER

Hi, I\'m Claire — or CM — and I\'m all about getting things done thoughtfully, efficiently, and with people at the heart of it. How I Work: I\'m known for being organised, practical, and curious. I take a proactive approach to problem-solving, always looking for ways to improve how teams work and how outcomes are delivered. Whether it\'s managing people, campaigns, or complex delivery plans, I aim to bring calm structure and a supportive mindset to the table. What I Do: I\'ve worked across public and private sectors, in-house and agency-side, with roles spanning strategy, engagement, marketing and delivery. Over the past five years, I\'ve focused on digital marketing — leading SEO campaigns, managing resources, and collaborating with clients to drive performance. Before that, I spent time in strategy and engagement management within the police service, where I delivered national campaigns, worked with multi-agency partners, and led internal teams. I\'m PRINCE2 qualified and confident managing projects end-to-end — whether that\'s building a plan from scratch, unblocking processes, or keeping multiple moving parts on track. A Bit About Me: Outside of work, I\'m usually being followed around by my two dogs — Skye the Cavalier and Nova the (very cheeky) Golden Retriever pup. I love baking (mostly messy, experimental bakes that take over the kitchen), hunting down a good National Trust walk, and growing my own fruit and veg when the season\'s right. I\'m also training to become a BACP-qualified counsellor, which means I spend a lot of time thinking about people — how we work, connect, and support each other through change.
