About Claire Lo Russo
Taking risks, working hard, and embracing the road less traveled have shaped my journey—both personally and professionally.Striving for and achieving lofty goals has been part of my life from the very start. In high school, I was ranked #1 in the country in my track and field event and earned a full scholarship to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I’ve since parlayed my degree into a variety of successful roles across education, finance, medical sales, and scaling a rapidly growing start-up.At first glance, these industries may appear unrelated, but a common thread ties them together: my ability to communicate effectively, build genuine connections, and help people achieve their goals. My passion for people and purpose-driven work has recently led me to a new role as Case Coordinator for the Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Program at EAC Network, where I support children and families involved in Nassau County’s Family Treatment Court. After serving as a volunteer CASA, I’m honored to continue this work professionally—advocating for children impacted by abuse and neglect and helping build safer, more stable futures for families. This experience has deepened my commitment to creating opportunities for others and driving meaningful change. Through CASA, I’ve learned that the simplest acts of compassion—advocating for a child, listening to their story, or helping restore dignity during difficult times—can transform lives. My personality is one of contrasts: I’m both highly driven and competitive, yet also compassionate and deeply team-oriented. I don’t believe that being a high achiever is mutually exclusive with being empathetic and service-minded.When viewed through this lens, my path becomes clear: An exemplary work ethic and dedication to high achievement Success in demanding, people-centered roles A deep passion for making a difference in others’ livesIf you’re looking for someone who brings relentless drive, innovative thinking, and unwavering compassion to the table, let’s connect. I’m not afraid of hard work, I’m willing to take risks, and I’m committed to helping others succeed.
