Our mission is to empower organizations to build communities through a multi-product video platform, always evolving and pursuing better ways to amaze our customers. We pride ourselves on our company values of integrity, collaboration, judgment, achievement, and innovation.I started the People Operations function at BoxCast in 2020, building it from the ground up. As a member of the executive leadership team, I ensure our people strategies align with business goals. Our people initiatives center around creating an environment where team members feel a sense of belonging, view every day as an opportunity to learn, and see a direct impact from their work.
