Led the UX design and research process for key features of the ed-tech company as the sole UX designer and researcher conducting user interviews, stakeholder interviews, ideation, UX design methods (creation of persona, user journey, analyzing competitors and comparators, concept sketching, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing)• Validated proposed design solutions with stakeholders and end users through weekly design walkthroughs and usability testings • Defined the end-to-end user experience, designed user interfaces, and created wireframes, and hi-fi prototypes of a learning management system (LMS) that includes an online class scheduling feature and form design and integrated the LMS into a messaging platform • Created an admin dashboard and the universal student profile search feature through a full, iterative design process from stakeholder interview to prototype hand-off to developers • Worked collaboratively within an agile process with developers, a graphic designer, the CEO and key business unit stakeholders• Redesigned the sign-up and the application (onboarding process) form, user profile form, online course feedback and summary form for multiple groups of target users, resulting in increased web and mobile app conversion rate • Redesigned the student project case study library, potential research project idea archive using UX and information architecture relevant tools including sitemap, flows, wireframes, and annotations • Designed user interfaces for an AI-algorithm based online meeting uptake feedback feature • Proposed and implemented a weekly design/development team meeting and online visual collaboration work system using platforms such as Miro and Figjam
