I work at the intersection of higher education, student success, digital learning, and employability, with particular expertise in supporting international students and graduates to navigate career development in complex and changing contexts.My current role combines strategic relationship management, learning design, training delivery, and digital platform expertise. I work with university careers services across the UK to help them make effective use of technology to deliver high-quality career development support, and I have designed and developed tailored support packages that bring together pedagogical thinking, sector insight, and practical delivery.A significant part of my work involves translating complex needs into accessible learning experiences: designing student-facing resources, developing structured support within digital platforms, and delivering training to careers professionals and wider university teams.My professional background includes many years working directly with students in higher education, particularly in careers and employability, which gives me a strong understanding of student behaviour, institutional priorities, and the realities facing diverse student groups. Over time, my focus has increasingly moved toward systems, programme development, and enabling others through training, design, and partnership work.I am especially interested in work that contributes positively to education, inclusion, and opportunity — particularly where digital tools, thoughtful learning design, and collaboration can improve outcomes for students and graduates.
