Assist in the management of the Development Bank of Wales portfolio investments, made by any part of the DBW Group, through proactive monitoring of portfolio loan investments, & seek to minimise the risk of financial loss and maximise the profit from DBW Group investments.* Monitoring a significant part of Development Bank\'s loan portfolio.* Develop an appropriate plan of action for clients to ensure detailed portfolio monitoring.* Maintain appropriate contact with client businesses to develop an up-to-date understanding of the businesses and its financial position, tailored to suit the needs of each client and may include attendance at board meetings.* Produce and maintain relevant, accurate monitoring systems for all client companies’ activities.* Monitor and assess relevant information including financial information to prepare necessary reports on performance of portfolio companies, with referral to Risk as required.* Assess applications for new monies, and write appropriate credit reports for senior management or investment committee where additional rounds of investment are required, and present to the relevant committee.
