This includes handling both the execution and defense of trademark, copyright, and/or trade dress infringement claims. I excel in the review and analysis of evidentiary materials, contributing to the development of case strategies from pre-suit investigations through ultimate resolution.I am adept at drafting cease and desist letters, settlement agreements, and related rights enforcement documents. My practice also includes experience in bringing administrative trademark proceedings before the TTAB. Additionally, I actively participate in and supervise the civil seizure of counterfeit or infringing merchandise, and contribute to trademark, copyright, and domain enforcement efforts, including online enforcement and administrative proceedings. My multifaceted skills make me a valuable asset in ensuring the robust protection and strategic management of intellectual property for my clients.I am also the Immediate Past President of the Military Spouse JD Network, a non-profit organization that supports military spouses in the legal profession.
