Key Responsibilities- Drafting and reviewing contracts in French and English, including partnership and co-development agreements, sales contracts, and supply agreements (covering production components, raw material suppliers, specific tooling suppliers, and non-production goods and services suppliers)- Providing legal advice and recommendations on matters related to product liability, competition law, intellectual property, litigation, and dispute resolution, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and adherence to company standards and policies- Implementing legal documentation and internal policies across the organization- Preparing and delivering training sessions in French and English to promote internal policy implementation and improve legal awareness within the company- Operating within a European scope.
