I am actively involved in talent operations projects, focusing on optimizing recruitment processes, enhancing candidate experience, and implementing innovative solutions to improve our hiring outcomes. My responsibilities also include workforce planning and supporting internal movement to ensure we have the right talent in the right roles at the right time. I leverage artificial intelligence to enhance our recruitment strategies and streamline the hiring process.
