Claire is a litigation attorney, who focuses her practice on representing individuals in first and third party cases under the Michigan No Fault Act. Claire has dedicated her legal career to helping the injured in personal injury cases and has successfully handled first and third party no-fault, medical malpractice, trucking, premises liability, and negligence cases. Since 2014, Claire has prevailed successfully in mediation, arbitration, settlements, and appeals. Claire received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 2009 and her Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2012. She is licensed to practice in the Michigan State Courts and U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. Claire attended the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and has been previously honored as a “Top 40 Lawyer Under 40” by The National Trial Lawyers. Claire has also been nominated as a Michigan Super Lawyer Rising Star since 2019.
