As Product Manager for the new Cervical Cancer Screening Management System, I am setting the vision, direction and priorities of a multimillion pound development of a brand new system. I have led CSMS to a place where we have a shared vision and understanding of priorities, applying systems thinking to a complete service design that is user focused and includes technical, quality, data and user interface levels.
