I have spent 20 years working in the recruitment industry, initially as a Consultant before moving into a Team Management role and then transitioning into the operational side of recruitment. In July 2019 I started a role as Head of Operations for Talent Motion (part time), a group of owner run recruitment businesses across multiple sectors. This role is about improving processes often with the introduction of automation, systems and training. I am an accredited Inclusive+ Recruiter and am committed to ensuring diverse and inclusive recruitment practices within our businesses and supporting our clients on their own journeys towards making change within their organisations.In September 2024, I joined the team at Virtual Assistant Whiz providing Elite Virtual Assistants to support businesses across all industries. Covering a wide responsibility of roles: Executive Personal Assistance, Events, Project Management and much more, we aim to fulfil any requirement given.
