As the Marketing & Onboarding Advisor at LandVest, I lead cross-functional teams and manage complex marketing initiatives that span internal departments and external stakeholders, including high-net-worth individuals, fiduciaries, and trustees. My work bridges strategy and execution, ensuring luxury properties are positioned with precision and care in highly competitive markets.I serve as LandVest’s liaison to Christie’s International Real Estate, strengthening our affiliation through strategic partnerships, referral oversight, and global visibility. I work closely with LandVest marketing staff and Christie’s network to ensure our listings receive premium international exposure.My portfolio of work spans coastal compounds, landmark farms and ranches, to historically significant estates. I oversee integrated marketing campaigns—from print and digital media to advertising strategy, social media, and content development. I also drive annual marketing planning, budgeting, and brand alignment efforts to support business growth and agent success.Additionally, I lead onboarding programs for new marketing coordinators, real estate agents and consultants, fostering a strong foundation for performance and collaboration within LandVest’s Residential Brokerage and Real Estate Consulting teams.
