   After working with clients from San Francisco to Shanghai on a range of challenges and life areas from business, work-life balance and leadership to relationships, parenting, stress management and self-worth, I began to notice that there was a pattern. More importantly, I realised that the exact same fundamental issues were at the root of every one of my client’s problems, which meant that there was a single solution that would provide the foundation to helping them ALL make the shifts they wanted, needed and deserved. That was when The Universal Needs transformational methodology was developed.As creator of \'The Universal Needs\', I have the ability to help you fully understand what you need to feel fulfilled in your life and why you have not been able to previously get your needs met in ways that truly fills you up. Most importantly, I can provide you with a quick and simple practice to deeply and consistently meet those needs for yourself, so you can remove any dependency on other people and situations and come to every aspect of your life feeling more resourced, resilient, energised and fulfilled. Not only that, but I help you to understand how to do so in a way that is grounded, supportive and sustainable for both yourself, others and the world.
