In this role I am responsible for the creation of engaging training material for RingCentral partners to enable them to sell RingCentral products and services to their customers. My successes: Successful overhaul of an eLearning package called IGNITE! that was originally 7 modules across three regions – totaling 21 hard to manage and update independent packages. Redeveloped IGNITE! into one module that served three languages – English, French and German – and four regions, US, UK, Australia, and Europe to further enable RingCentral Partners to sell company products to their customers Became the driving force to ensure the language options were correct, using the right tone and wording for RingCentral Worked with multiple project stakeholders over several time zones, often all at once Created a successful working environment with a development team across three World-wide locations, Denver, London, and Manilla Promoted and drove the adoption of JavaScript and JSON technology to integrate with Captivate to create a more engaging learning experience for Partners Became key leader in Women in STEM subjects, in particular Astronomy, within the company Conducted several presentations UK and Companywide about Astronomy – helping people to understand this complex subject easily and providing advice to those who wanted to explore the field Key to engaging with new starters within the company in the same field and bringing them together to share ideas and provide help and assistance Built several Communities within the company using their bespoke communication platform to bring together people with similar hobbies, likes, passions and for professional knowledge sharing
