ABOUT CLAIRE YOUNG
I have been working in Human Factors for medical devices since 2014. I am responsible for planning and implementing usability studies involving interviews with patients and healthcare professionals for drug delivery devices and surgical tools. I have worked both directly for our clients working on HF documentation for regulatory submission and also as part of a wider team within the full product development process.I have a keen interest in usability within digital health and the design and development of useful patient instructional content.
