Working in a busy recruitment agency, I originally started working in the construction department, before moving through to the offshore division. I am now involved in the day to day running of the division. Duties include: sourcing candidates for various clients for various offshore drilling positions, keeping track of regular crew changes, booking travel and accommodation as required, completion of the weekly hours and collation of timesheets and expenses in order for accounts to process, keeping the on-call mobile in the event of any emergencies, or crew changes during out of office hours,
