I possess a versatile skill set encompassing leadership, legal acumen, public relations and communications, project management and meticulous organizational oversight. Under my leadership, I ensured City of Milwaukee elections were executed with integrity, efficiency, and transparency. From spearheading policy development to navigating complex legal frameworks, managing budgets and grants, and orchestrating the seamless coordination of thousands of volunteers and temporary employees, I have navigated an evolving election landscape and proven to be a multi-faceted leader. I am an effective, credible, emotionally intelligent leader who breaks down complex and complicated processes into easy-to-understand procedures in a variety of settings - in-person trainings, creation of written operating procedures, creation of educational materials, public speaking engagements, and media interviews.    Serve as Issue One\'s subject matter expert on election administration, infrastructure and policy- Work with the Director of Election Protection and Campaign manager to develop a strategic plan and programming- Managed Issue One\'s influencer campaign for promoting HowElectionsWork.org, including reviewing and suggesting influencers, providing input and feedback on creative brief and influencer content to ensure all messaging remained accurate and non-partisan- Serve as named spokesperson for Issue One\'s election protection program in print, broadcast, and electronic media.
